Exchanges & Returns
All items sold are non-refundable
- However, if you had a change of mind, you may let us know via Whatsapp or email : contacts@owlmoment.sg, you may exchange the item/s for a different colour or another item of your choice for the same value or top up for more within 7 days.
- We recommend shipping it back to us by registered mail so it's trackable by both parties. We will not be responsible for lost mail or be accountable for returns without tracking code provided. Shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Please make sure the exchange item is in its original condition and not damaged.
- Each item will only be allowed to be exchange once.
If we made mistake with your order or items received are damaged:
- Sincere apologies that this has happened.
- Please notify us via Whatsapp or email : contacts@owlmoment.sg, within 2 days of receiving your order. In the event that the item/s you've purchased is no longer available, you may select another item of the same value or we will offer you a refund through store credits.
All sales items are non- exchangeable.
Warranty
OWL Moment stands behind the quality of our products and we offers a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty only covers any manufacturing defects during the warranty period. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
The warranty will not cover:
- Normal wear and tear over time. i.e. prong or metal restoration, bent, worn or caught prongs causing a stone to fall out.
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make up, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
- Damage caused by repair, sizing, cleaning or other services performed by third party.
- Damage caused by accident.
Please take note that images on the website may varies due to lightning / screen resolution.
All gemstones are natural (unless stated otherwise), therefore markings and colour for each piece may have slight variations, it is considered as part of the item and should not be considered a defect.
